LIABILITY WAIVERS

Every attendee will be required to sign a General Liability Waiver to enter the gate at the Fairgrounds.  This is non-negotiable and will be enforced without exception.  Don't be surprised or disappointed.  A copy is provided for your inspection and review.

In addition to the General Liability Waiver signed at the entrance gate, ALL trail trip participants, drivers as well as PASSENGERS, will be required to sign a Trail Trip Liability Waiver specifically for the trail trip portion of the event.  A copy of this document is also provided for your inspection and review.
