TRAIL TRIPS RELEASE FORM

The Member acknowledges that participating in a trail ride is and activity inherently dangerous to not only him/herself and his/her own vehicle, but also to any other members and their vehicles.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in a trail trip, the undersigned, their personal representatives, heirs and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASES the Rendezvous, Binder Bunch, Rocky Mountain Binders - Pikes Peak, Rocky Mountain Binders - Longs Peak, Rocky Mountain Binders - Mt. Blanca, Fairplay Fair Grounds and their officers directors, sponsors, volunteers, club members and agents ("Releasees") of all liability, whether caused by the negligent act or omission of Releasees or otherwise while the undersigned is for any purpose participating in such an event. It is fully understood by each of the undersigned that there is inherent risk associated with this event, including bodily injury and damage to vehicles or property.

IN ADDITION, the undersigned AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS and DEFEND the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost (including attorney's fees)resulting from participation by the Member in the trail trip. The Member agrees to assume full responsibility and risk for any bodily injury, death or property damage from the Member's negligence while participating on a Trail Trip and assumes responsibility for the occupants of the vehicle.

1. The undersigned has read this Release and Waiver of Liability.
2. The undersigned shall follow all Trail Trip Rules as set by the Rendezvous and Trip Leaders and that the Rendezvous and Trail Trip Leaders will have final authority concerning Trail Trip decisions.
3. All vehicle occupants shall be registered Members for the event.
4. That the undersigned/club member/owner/driver has informed himself/herself about the event and optional trail trips involved in the event, either by prior participation or by investigation in to the event and Trail trips.
5. All vehicles shall be properly insured.
6. The undersigned has inspected the vehicle and it is in good mechanical condition and the undersigned agrees that the Releasees are not responsible for the condition of the vehicle, nor have a duty or opportunity to inspect the vehicle prior to participating in the Trail Trip.
7. That the undersigned has informed himself/herself about the trail trips involved in the event, either by prior participation or by investigation into the event and Trail trips and based on such information possess sufficient skill and experience in off-road driving to competently complete the trip.

(Member must be 16 years of age and a licensed driver to participate. For a Member under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign and accept full responsibility for the Minors action.)
