RMIHR was the first National IH event to offer guided Trail Trips. They continue to be a major inducement for our "flatlander" friends to come to RMIHR.

RMIHR offers Trail Trips for ALL our participants, from sparkling show rigs to rock crusher trail rigs and from nervous rookies to experienced trail hands.

Trail Trips are offered on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. One Trail Trip is included with every vehicle registration. A Trail Trip Preparedness Seminar will be held on Sunday morning and should be attended by every Trail Trip participant. Please see Trail Readiness Tips for what is recommended for each trail. While the RMIHR Trail Committee can not require you to have particular items or equipment on your truck, items on the Trail Readiness Tips are highly suggested for the types of trails listed. Further, failure to have certain minimum items, such as seatbelts, spare tire, battery tie downs, etc., can be cause for not allowing a truck to proceed on a particular trail. See the Trail Readiness Tips page for this information.
