GENERAL RELEASE FORM

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Club sponsored event directed by Rocky Mountain International Harvester Rendezvous ("the Rendezvous"), the undersigned, their personal representatives, heirs and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASES the Rendezvous, Binder Bunch, Rocky Mountain Binders - Pikes Peak, Rocky Mountain Binders - Longs Peak, Rocky Mountain Binders - Mt. Blanca, Fairplay Fair Grounds and their officers directors, sponsors, volunteers, club members and agents ("Releasees") of all liability, whether caused by the negligent act or omission of Releasees or otherwise while the undersigned is for any purpose participating in such an event. It is fully understood by each of the undersigned that there is inherent risk associated with this event, including bodily injury and damage to vehicles or property.

IN ADDITION, the undersigned AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS and DEFEND the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost (including attorney's fees)they incur resulting from participation by the undersigned, whether caused by Releasees, negligence or otherwise, and AGREES TO ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK for any bodily injury, death or property damage from the Releasee's negligence or otherwise while the undersigned is participating in this event. In signing this Release and Waiver of Responsibility, each one of the undersigned hereby acknowledges and represents the following:

1. That the undersigned has read the foregoing Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement.
2. That the undersigned shall at all times, while riding in a vehicle participating in this event, wear a seat belt.
3. That the undersigned/club member/owner/driver certifies that he/she has inspected the vehicle and it is in good mechanical condition.
4. That the undersigned/club member/owner/driver has informed himself/herself about the event and optional trail trips involved in the event, either by prior participation or by investigation into the event and Trail trips.
5. That the undersigned/club member/owner/driver certifies that the vehicle is legally insured.
6. That the undersigned agrees to follow all event rules as set by the Rendezvous and the Rendezvous shall have final authority concerning event sponsored activities and decisions.

(Member must be 16 years of age and a licensed driver to participate. For a Member under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign and accept full responsibility for the Minors action.)
